Terms and Conditions

Payment:

Client agrees to pay Elite Gender Reveal LLC the total pre-discussed amount for the proposal services to provided at the event. Payment shall be made in full at least 7 days prior to the event. In case of late payment, the client shall be responsible for applicable late fees.

Photography Editing and Changes:

The edited photos will be delivered within 3 weeks or after completion of the event and full payment was received. If extra time is needed for editing client will be notified. Client agrees not to alter or make any changes to the edited photographs delivered by the Photographer. Elite Gender Reveal LLC retains the right to make creative decisions in the editing process and the final edited images delivered to the Client shall be deemed satisfactory. If Client wishes the original photos (RAW) Client will be charged an additional fee.

Photos Delivery:

The edited photos will be delivered to the client via a link that will be active for 30 days. It is the client’s responsibility to download the photos within this timeframe, as the link will expire after 30 days and may no longer be accessible. The photographer will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to the client’s failure to download the photos within the stipulated timeframe. Therefore, it is advised that the client downloads and stores the photos in a secure location immediately after receiving the link. By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and agrees to take full responsibility for the download and safekeeping of the edited photos.

Approval for Social Media Use:

Client grants the Elite Gender Reveal permission to post, share, and use the photographs or videos taken at the event on social media, for promotional purposes, and for content creation, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Client.

Copyright and Ownership:

All photographs taken by Elite Gender Reveal LLC shall be the property of the Elite Gender Reveal LLC, who retains the copyright and ownership of the images. Client shall not sell, publish, or use the photographs for any commercial purposes without the written consent of the Elite Gender Reveal LLC.

Liability:

EMM LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety and conduct of all individuals present at the event.

Termination:

Either party may terminate a work Agreement in writing if there is a breach of any of the terms stated herein. In the event of termination, Elite Gender Reveal LLC shall be compensated for the services rendered up to the termination date. In case of termination, all initial deposit is non refundable. Upon termination, Deposits and other payments will be granted as a form of credit for any other service incurred for a period of one year. Including but but not exclusive to, gender reveals, photography services, engagement proposals, live musician services etc. The client might be subject to additional balances if the cost of the service is not satisfied.

Governing Law:

By performing business with Elite Gender Reveal LLC you agree to this conditions and the agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
