Thank you for considering Elite Gender Reveal for your proposal planning needs. As a professional wedding proposal planning company, we strive to provide the highest quality of services to all of our clients. We want to ensure that you are aware of all of our policies and practices before entering into any agreements with our company. Please carefully review the following disclosure statement:

PAYMENT

A first deposit of $500 is required to secure your proposal date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your total balance. Half of the remaining balance (second deposit) is due one week prior to your proposal day and the remaining balance is due on the day of the proposal after service is completed. Late payments may result in additional fees, and/or litigation process.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your proposal planning services with Elite Gender Reveal, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellations within six weeks prior to your proposal date will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit. Cancellations made six weeks prior to your initial agreed gender reveal date will result in half payment of the total balance being withheld by Elite Gender Reveal and offer as credit. And any additional payments such as permits, rental spaces, deposits for musicians, photographers and any other costs that Elite Gender Reveal might have incurred out of pocket are non-refundable. Please note that our priority is to perform your event on the day and time that you feel will be the most appropriate to all individuals involved. Therefore, you will be allowed to postpone the event to a later time without penalties.

LIABILITY

Elite Gender Reveal is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during your wedding or related events. We are not responsible for the actions of any vendors or third-party service providers that we recommend or coordinate with. We strongly advise that you obtain event insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We understand that your wedding plans may be private and sensitive. We will maintain confidentiality and respect your privacy throughout our working relationship.
